FITNESS FOR REAL PEOPLE

Perhaps you're entering a new stage in your life.  Perhaps you've noticed that if you carry on eating and exercising the way you always have, you're no longer keeping your figure or seeing any results, or you don't have a regular exercise routine in your current lifestyle.  Activity guidelines set up by Health Canada recommend that as adults we get at minimum one hour of moderate exercise everyday. Those are reduced guidelines as Health Canada figures that most Canadian adults are not going to get 3-4 days of 20-30 minutes of vigourous activity into their week, when clearly it is the most beneficial. It is also recommended that Canadians fit in strength training activities 2-4 times per week and well as flexibility training.

How will you fit it all in? Who has this much time in a day?

Most of us will require guidance and motivation because self motivation doesn't always work. We want an everyday workout for our everyday lives. We want each day to be easier not harder, and we want to do what we want, when we want and for longer periods of time.

If you're interested in losing weight, toning up or simply improving your general fitness level, we can help you get there! We will work with you designing a program to meet your individual fitness needs. We will then guide you one on one or in a group, through your fitness program.

We want you to see and feel results, and exercise and proper diet is the surest way to get there!
